\nI worry about little things like that sometimes. It’s part of what slows me down the most when writing. In the middle of writing paragraph two, I’ll go back and self-edit something I wrote back in paragraph one, completely derailing my train of thought.<\/p>\n
Heck, I’ll do the same thing on a sentence-by-sentence basis… And I won’t even finish a sentence before I start editing it. For example, the last line of the previous paragraph was a third-draft revision by the time I finished it.<\/p>\n
In fact, pretty much everything you see here has been revised at least once while it was being written… And yet it still manages to be utter drivel…<\/p>\n
Amazing how that works, isn’t it?<\/p>\n
I guess that’s one of the reasons I’m doing this whole ‘blog’ thing. In addition to the ego-gratification and the hordes of screaming fans, it helps me learn how to write better.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
