{"id":1277,"date":"2002-12-11T14:24:24","date_gmt":"2002-12-11T19:24:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.quirkspace.com\/quirkblog\/?p=22"},"modified":"2002-12-11T14:24:24","modified_gmt":"2002-12-11T19:24:24","slug":"seething-annoyance","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.quirkspace.com\/quirkblog\/?p=1277","title":{"rendered":"Seething annoyance"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I&#8217;m starting to get sick of using the iTools interface for my <a href=\"http:\/\/homepage.mac.com\/mquirk\">online photo gallery<\/a>&#8230;<br \/>\n<!--more--><br \/>\nThe iTools homepage stuff is kinda cool in a lot of ways, but it&#8217;s designed for the basic user who is willing to sacrifice total obsessive-compulsive control over the output in favor of ease of use.<\/p>\n<p>Don&#8217;t get me wrong, I&#8217;ve got nothing against ease of use.  If I did, I wouldn&#8217;t be using a Mac right now.  On the other hand, I&#8217;d like to be able to quickly add a handfull of photos to an existing gallery without it spazzing out.  Failing that, I&#8217;d like to be able to hand-edit the code when I want to without the iTools manager pitching a fit about it all.<\/p>\n<p>At any rate, I added a couple of the photos from here to my gallery and modified that whole site a bit.
