I hate colds. Right now I’ve got a doozy of a summer cold. It developed last night and I woke up this morning with puffy eyes, a stuffed up nose, itchy throat and post-nasal drip.

\nIt’s very uncomfortable, and it seems worse because the weather outside doesn’t match how I feel. In the winter when its alll cold and drizzly and the snow is a grey mass of grit, somehow it seems appropriate to have a head that feels like it has been packed with rusty steel wool. Today is bright and sunny without a cloud in the sky. The birds are singing, there’s a breeze blowing, the grass is green (and still well trimmed) and I feel like crap.<\/p>\n
