Basically, it all has to do with the color of sash that each one draws from a barrel.  Every five years, Green fights Purple until one side wins.<br \/>\n<!--more--><br \/>\nThe game is called <a href=\"http:\/\/bzflag.org\/\">BZFlag<\/a>.  It&#8217;s a multiplayer networked version of the arcade classic BattleZone, with flags added that you can pick up which change what your tank can do.  It&#8217;s amazingly addictive.<\/p>\n<p>Basically, you find a running server and log in as either a member of a team (Red, Blue, Green, or Purple) or of no team (Rogue).  Then you drive around and hunt down the tanks of the other team.  Just because they&#8217;re a different color&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m terrible at the game.  I usually get killed twice as often as I manage to kill anyone&#8230;  Still, it&#8217;s fun.
