As has been <a href=\"https:\/\/www.quirkspace.com\/booniverse\/?p=341\">related elsewhere<\/a>, the furnace at the condo has been acting up and it took several visits from several people to get it up and toasting again.<br \/>\n<!--more--><br \/>\nThis provided a little bit of a lesson in economic conflicts of interest.  If you&#8217;ve got someone from the gas company working on your heating system, it&#8217;s not because they want to sell you a new furnace.  They just want to keep selling you gas.
