\nI’m pretty sure you could use something like WaterJoe<\/a> with regular Jell-o to add caffeine. The only question is what flavor to use? If you go with the gelatin flavors<\/a> you’re limited to fruits, but if you can expand to the pudding family<\/a> there are chocolate and vanilla possibilities. I could see doing up a batch of chocolate pudding with espresso instead of water for a sort of chilled mocha dessert.<\/p>\n
