Let’s say you’ve set up your home server behind a firewall, with a non-standard port active so that you can SSH in and do work from wherever you happen to be. Let’s also say that you want to connect to a shared folder via Appleshare.<\/p>\n
Here’s how you route it via SSH.<\/p>\n
Open up Terminal and type the following (substituting the obvious for the correct):<\/p>\n
