I’m a computer geek, bad movie fanatic, webcomic author and graphic artist based out of Ann Arbor, Michigan. I started mucking about with this ‘blogging’ thing back in 2002, partially as a place to practice my writing, and partially just to see if I could get an installation of Movable Type up and running. It’s sort of taken on a life of its own since then.
The Quirkblog was updated to an install of WordPress in late 2006 in the hopes that more modern programming techniques would quell the overwhelming flood of comment and trackback spam that had crippled the system back in 2004.
So far, so good.
