I blame the Devil’s Panties.

No, seriously. On the drive from Conbust to the airport we shared a van with Jennie Breedon and got talking about various bizarrenesses that we’ve been watching recently. Turns out, she’s an occasional fan of the BBC show “Top Gear.” We spotted that it was on the TV this evening and got hooked ourselves. There are reasons behind reasons of course: pixels are free, but paper costs money. Also, the print section had the people with the highest seniority (and therefore salaries). None of which changed the end result: those of us doing print work were on our way out.

This week’s new comic dials the wrong number for all the right reasons.
