More work stuff

Ran the stats report on our poster printer today. We’re using an HP 800ps printer and it gives all sorts of data on how much paper we’ve used and how much ink we’ve gone through. It’s been a while since I did that, so the results were pretty amazing.

In the two years that we’ve owned the printer, it’s used 5,045,230 square inches of paper. That’s about .8 acres of paper. If we were to take all of our printouts and lay them end-to-end, it’d reach about 2.2 miles. You could take all that paper and cover the football field in Michigan Stadiugm, including the end zones, except for a sqare space in the middle just 30 feet on a side… And we’ll probably have that space filled by the end of the week.

That’s a lot of paper.
