This week’s new comic delves into the unholy crossover between Undeath and Politics.
The Smithee Awards are coming up again – the big show at Origins. Actually, we’ve got two big shows this year: the 16th show on Friday night and the Third MegaMetas on Saturday. Mister Smithee is the presenter at these shows, so a bit of the pressure is off of me. On the other hand, I tend to take care of the technical side of things, and there haven’t been many years when there haven’t been glitches and general problems with the Con equipment.

It’s a historic time… Richard Nixon’s record low approval ratings are in danger, and he may have to forfeit his title of “Least Popular President in US History.” Because of this, I think it’s time to unleash the second Beulah Podcast.

Today’s comic preys on yet another precious childhood memory. And it plays with its food before killing it.

Yet another photo from last Sunday. There was a family of wrens in a little birdhouse just near the table. The elder birds were kind of upset at us for parking ourselves so close to the nestlings, but they got down to the business of flying in and out with tasty bugs for them once we shifted ourselves over by a dozen or so feet. This particular bird found a perfect place to keep an eye on us – nicely framed by twigs and leaves.
